Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school policies.
- Design differentiated instruction to cater to various learning styles and abilities.
- Use effective teaching strategies to support student understanding and retention.
- Integrate technology and interactive resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Ensure a balanced curriculum that includes core subjects, as well as personal, social, and emotional learning.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or certification recognised in the country of employment.
- Experience: Previous experience in teaching primary school, ideally in Year 4 or similar age group.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of primary curriculum requirements, particularly for Year 4. Familiarity with child development principles and best teaching practices.
