Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour

Provide feedback on student behaviour and performance to teaching staff
Requirements:
A genuine interest in working with secondary school students
Previous experience working in schools or with young people (desired but not essential)
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students

An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
